By visiting or shopping at Accentuate! by Signature Designs, you accept the following terms and conditions, read carefully.

Order Processing 

Orders will be processed Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 CST.

Estimated Shipping and Delivery Times

Note that estimated shipping times are based on the availability of the product(s). If the product(s) you have ordered is on backorder or out of stock, we will contact you with the earliest shipping date available.

At this time, you can decide if you would like to keep the order as is, cancel the unavailable product(s), or cancel the entire order. If a problem exists with your order or a product is no longer available, we will contact you as soon as possible. For stock availability, email customer service at signaturedesigns@shandraward.com. Circumstances may arise with our vendors that can cause a delay with products.

Types of Delivery

Delivery is dependent upon the company in which the product is purchased.  All items will ship UPS or freight. 

Damaged Products/Shipping Claims

Upon accepting and signing for your delivery, all merchandise must be carefully inspected for any damages or defects that may have occurred during transit. The package must be broken down to ensure you are able to inspect every part of the item from all angles.  

At the time of delivery, please note any visible damages to the box and/or merchandise on the delivery receipt. If visible damage is noted on the delivery receipt, you may refuse the merchandise but MUST contact customer service at signaturedesigns@shandraward.com within 24 hours to make a claim.  All products that are defective/damaged, photo evidence MUST be accompanied with the claim. 

If your order is received with concealed damage, you must report the damage within 2 business days by contacting customer service at signaturedesigns@shandraward.com.

Photo evidence MUST be accompanied. Failure to report product damages within the time allotted will result in Accentuate! by Signature Designs voiding your claim.

Wrong Product Received

If for some reason you receive the wrong product in your shipment, please notify customer service within 2 business days by emailing us at signaturedesigns@shandraward.com. You MUST provide photo evidence.

Color Note

Please note that because every computer monitor displays color differently, Accentuate! by Signature Designs will not be held responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen.

Return Policy

If you would like more information regarding color, dimensions, materials, etc. please email customer service at signaturedesigns@shandraward.com BEFORE placing your order.

All products are FINAL SALE unless damaged or defective. If your product arrives damaged or defective, you will need to contact customer service at signaturedesigns@shandraward.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA).

An email MUST be accompanied by photo evidence. Because a Return Authorization are provided by our suppliers, the time in which you will receive the (RA) will vary depending on the product ordered.

Please note that the Return Authorization Number (RA) is valid for only 7 days and the item must be shipped back within this time.  Please note any item shipped back without a Return Authorization (RA)will not be accepted and will be returned to you. *For returning damaged items, please see Defective Products or Damaged Shipping.


NOTE: Product availability may fluctuate.

We, at Accentuate! by Signature Designs, will check inventory with our vendors and will update the shop website accordingly to reflect product availability; due to out of stock or back-ordered items, the availability of products are subject to change.

Please note that some items may possibly arrive in more than one box and may require assembly. When ordering products, the customer is accepting responsibility for any assembly that is required of the product(s). Accentuate! by Signature Designs, UPS, or the freight company IS NOT responsible for the assembly of any and all product(s) that are purchased from Accentuate! by Signature Designs. All products will be drop-shipped to the residential address provided at checkout. For an additional charge, our freight company can provide inside delivery. (See Shipping & Delivery)

Furniture, Light Fixtures, and Mirrors

Finish variations: Many furniture pieces are made from wood; each piece of wood will not be exactly the same. Depending on the climate in your area, wood (just like hardwood floors) may expand or contract varying on the level of humidity. Variables in your home, such as dryness or humidity, may cause splitting which won’t affect the structural integrity of your piece and is NOT to be considered defective.

Furniture made out of reclaimed wood products will often have visible knots and cracks, as per a characteristic of the species of the wood, and is NOT to be considered defective. Slight discolorations from knots and grains (may be more apparent in light color finishes), which may bleed through, should NOT be considered defective in craftsmanship. All wood products from our vendors are durable but are not indestructible. Many of our vendors custom mix paint for finishes, so each product will be uniquely different. Any items made from natural products such as but not limited to-limestone, marble, alabaster, and granite may have variations, which occur naturally, and no two will be the same. You should expect variations in these pieces and they will not be seen as defects.

Shipping & Delivery of Furniture

Please be aware there are variables out of our control that may cause delays. We, at Accentuate! by Signature Designs, will do everything in our power to best accommodate your delivery needs in a timely manner. Occasionally, circumstances may arise with our vendors that may result in a delay in the delivery of your item(s).  Please note that shipping times for large items, (furniture, large light fixtures, and some rugs) are approximately 3-4 weeks from the time that the item(s) are scheduled for pickup from our vendors. 

Freight companies usually schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  The freight company will contact you prior to delivery to schedule a delivery date and time.  Please note this time frame can range from a 2-4 hour block. Please contact the carrier as soon as possible if you need to reschedule the delivery (additional charges may apply). You will be charged a delivery trip fee if a scheduled appointment is missed so please contact the freight company as soon as possible to reschedule as to not incur any additional charges. Please do not schedule the item/items to be delivered when no one is home to receive them. 

For standard freight delivery, our shippers will deliver furniture to your driveway.  If you would like your item(s) placed inside the threshold of your home that would be “Inside Delivery” for an additional fee of $125 at checkout. This Inside Delivery charge does not include bringing the item(s) upstairs, unpacking items, or disposing of any packing materials. Inside Delivery only includes bringing item(s) into the threshold of your home.
